HO YU TEXTILE CO., LTD. is a Taiwanese textile manufacturer that has transitioned from traditional wholesale to functional fabric production. As part of a facility upgrade, the company optimized its wastewater treatment system by installing HCP FN Series Submersible Sewage/Effluent Pumps, integrated with a float-switch liquid level control system for automatic start/stop operation. The FN Series features a U-Type Vortex Impeller to effectively handle solids and fibrous materials, minimizing clogging risks. The FN-22U model provides a 14 m head and a flow rate of 12 m³/h, suitable for textile wastewater dewatering and drainage applications. The system incorporates the SJE-Rhombus® Quest® pump switch—a mercury-free, mechanical ball-float design. With epoxy-treated cable cores for enhanced moisture resistance and durability, this solution ensures reliable operation that aligns with the facility’s production needs.
